Jack A. Rosenbloom is an experienced consultant, lawyer and entrepreneur. He brings substantial knowledge, expertise and global sophistication to advising clients. With over twenty years of experience working in industry and as a consultant, Jack has worked with clients from five continents across multiple industries in all facets of their operations, including, business, strategy, legal, tax, mergers and acquisitions and finance.

He is a frequent speaker and presenter on business issues, corporate and tax law and has spoken or served on panels at Drexel University's Baiada Center for Entrepreneurship in Technology, Ben Franklin Technology Center of Northeastern Pennsylvania, PA Department of Community and Economic Development, Rhône-Alpes Chamber of Commerce (Lyon, France), Greater Philadelphia Senior Executives Group and Wells Fargo Advisors (formerly A.G. Edwards and Sons).  He also served as an adjunct professor of Management at Drexel University's LeBow College of Business, where he taught business courses in Entrepreneurship. Jack also serves on the board of the Settlement School of Music.

Jack is a graduate of Rutgers College, Rutgers University where he earned his B.A. in Political Science, Widener University School of Law, where he earned his JD and Villanova University School of Law where he earned his LL.M. in Taxation.

In addition to co-founding AHP International, Inc., Jack is the Founder and Managing Member of the Rosenbloom Law Group LLC, a highly regarded boutique corporate law firm focused on sophisticated transactional, M&A and international work.  Prior to that, he was an attorney at several major law firms, a Senior Consultant with Ernst & Young LLP, and worked in management for Wal-Mart Stores, Inc.
